2.5KG Tackifier

Our Tackifier is a ready to use, water-based dispersion adhesive. It provides a slip-resistant coating for you subfloors prior to laying Palio LooseLay, particularly for use where tight fitting isn't possible such as thresholds, openings, kick boards, etc as well as rooms which are larger than 16m2 or with rooms with any wall longer than 4m. Tackifier won't permanently adhere Palio LooseLay to your floor either, so you can easily remove and re-lay planks or tiles if required. 

• All level and smooth surfaces that have low or no absorbency, e.g. screeds, concrete, aluminium,plywood, existing linoleum or PVC coverings, etc.
• Access panels and raised floor systems.
• Access panels and raised floor systems on which a secure fit is required, but where the covering must be easy to remove or change.
• Underfloor heating systems, exposure to castor wheels in accordance with DIN 68131 and spray-extraction cleaning systems.
• On absorbent and/or uneven surfaces, apply primer and, if necessary, levelling compound.

Thin consistency for roller application. Dries to a transparent, pressure sensitive adhesive layer on which Palio LooseLay is prevented from slipping or moving.
