Delivery information

Delivery

Once your order has been placed, for a UK mainland address it will take 3 working days to be delivered. You’ll receive an email to let you know once your order has been dispatched. If you have placed an order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday your order will be processed on the following working day.

We offer free of charge delivery for orders over £250.00 (inc. VAT) to a UK mainland address. Orders less than £250.00 will have a delivery charge of £30 (inc. VAT) applied. If you are in an extended delivery postcode area (please see list of extended postcodes below) the delivery charges will differ – please speak to our team on Live Chat or Contact Us for a full quotation. Our customer care team are available Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm GMT.

Our standard charges for single order items, such as tackifier and cleaning products, being shipped to a UK mainland address is £12 (inc. VAT) however, depending on the quantity being ordered there may be an additional charge – please see the table below which outlines these charges. These delivery costs are subject to postcode restrictions, if you are in an extended delivery postcode area an additional charge will apply – please speak to our team on Live Chat or Contact Us for a full quotation.  

We only currently offer a standard delivery service for UK mainland addresses. If you would like your order sooner, please check if your local retailer has stock available. You can find your local retailer on our Where To Buy page

Receiving your delivery

Delivery will be kerbside only to the address provided. You will need to bring the delivered items into your home. Your order may be delivered on anything from a van up to an 18t lorry, so please ensure there are no restrictions on vehicular access to your property for these types of vehicles. In the event the delivery vehicle is unable to access your property, you may be liable for extra delivery costs. We advise you check your delivery to ensure you have received everything as expected and in perfect condition on arrival. 

Please note: our scotia, skirting, tackifier and cleaning products will be delivered separate to any flooring orders because they are delivered by different couriers due to the length/weight of these products.

Sample Delivery

Samples and flooring products need to be ordered separately, but please note if you wish to use a sample in your final floor there may be colour differentiation and we recommend only using flooring with the same batch number for the same area. 

When we send any small chip samples out, we include a pre-paid, self-addressed label and encourage you to return the chip samples back to us in Evesham. Please try and reuse the plastic wallet they arrived in. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the full-size samples back.

Amending Items on Order

As we are eager to start picking and packing your order we may not be able to amend or cancel your order after it has been placed. If you would like to cancel the order, please contact our customer services team via our Contact Us page, or alternatively via our Live Chat. 

Delivery for Items with an ‘Available From’ Date

You can still place an order for products which are showing an ‘Available From’ date. You will receive an order confirmation with an anticipated delivery date. Payment will be taken up front, and your goods will be supplied at a later date, once they are back in stock. Please note, this date is subject to change and for any further delivery delay, you will be contacted by email or our customer services team will be in touch.

Missed/Failed Deliveries

If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because there is nobody home, the goods are refused, or we are unable to safely leave your delivery, your parcel will be returned to us and a charge of £30 (+VAT) will be applied to cover the cost of return and restocking. You will then be refunded.

Missing/Damaged Items from your Delivery

We advise you check your delivery to ensure you have received everything as expected and it is in perfect condition on arrival.  We aim to ensure your order arrives to you safely, but if in the unlikely event damage has been caused during transportation, please contact our customer services team via our Contact Us page, or alternatively via our Live Chat who can help resolve this issue quickly.
